Who is a Debater (ENTP)?

Debaters are individuals with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking and Perceiving personality traits. They tend to be analytical, adaptable and enthusiastic people with excellent people skills. Being visionaries, debaters greatly value knowledge, and spend much of their time seeking a higher understanding of life.

Debaters are intellectual and inspired innovators, motivated to find new solutions to intellectually challenging problems. They are curious and clever, and seek to comprehend the people, systems, and principles around them. Open-minded and unconventional, debaters want to analyze, understand, and influence other people.

As the name suggests, debaters enjoy a solid discussion and are no strangers to tearing apart resistance to their ideas. Sometimes they may even debate things they do not actually believe in, just for the fun of it. They are less interested in executing practical tasks than they are in generating ideas and theories. Because of this, debaters tend to come up with one idea after another without actually going forward with plans and actions to bring their creative notions into realization.

According to a debater, relationships should be about growing and changing together, which colors every romantic alliance they have. This usually results in relationships that are intense and independent at the same time, with two partners who are just as dedicated to each other as they are to their development.
