ENFP / Leo
Who is a Campaigner (ENFP)?
Campaigners are individuals with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling and Prospecting personality traits. They tend to be enthusiastic, idealistic and open-minded people with an ability to talk their way in or out of anything. Project-oriented, campaigners are prone to try out many different career paths during their lifetime.
The Campaigner/Leo is an outgoing, energetic, wildfire ready to dominate everything they set out to do. These people tend to embrace big ideas and their vibrant energy can flow in many directions. Warm, passionate and dynamic they delight in opportunities to shine and be the center of attention. They aren’t afraid to like what they like and they carry themselves with so much confidence they can convince other people of almost anything. Their self-esteem is dependent on their ability to come up with original solutions, and they need to know that they have the freedom to be innovative – they can quickly lose patience or become dejected if they get trapped in a boring role. At their worst they can become arrogant and egotistical ,as well as dismissive of people who don’t share the same goals as they do.
Campaigner/Leo enjoy both small talk and deep, meaningful conversations, which are just two sides of the same coin for them. They are adept at steering conversations towards their desired subjects in ways that feel completely natural and unforced. They work hard to achieve their goals and their independent spirit often keeps them from asking for help even when they need it. They are used to being loved by everyone and their charisma tends to get them out of even the tightest situations. But they aren’t immune to making bad decisions and when they get called out on them, they tend to take it rather poorly. They don’t take criticism well and almost never admits to making mistakes.
For people with the Campaigner/Leo personality type, relationships are a joyous process of mutual exploration and imagination, a chance to connect with another soul. They take their relationships seriously, and are known for their uninhibited and unshakeable devotion to the people to whom they’ve committed their hearts. If you’ve caught their eye, they’ll let you know. They expect full commitment, undivided attention and adventure from their partner. Not everyone can handle the excitement, occasional neediness, and emotional ups and downs that this personality holds. They constantly explore new ideas and fantasize about future possibilities and look at potential rather than the present and their spontaneity makes it harder to stay focused on their end goal of a long-term relationship. If their partners aren’t able to reciprocate these acts of excitement and devotion, Campaigner/Leos will likely end up feeling unhappy and misunderstood.
When it comes to following their hearts and setting themselves up for the ultimate fun, they will spare no expense. These people will surely be the life of the party and are the most likely to personalities to be self love advocates, social media influencers and body image crusaders. They can be vain, narcissistic and greedy and when lacking self-awareness they can be frustratingly narrow-minded. Quite often Campaigner/Leos hold their friends in an unrealistic light, expecting them to keep up with the constant flow of ideas and experiences that they consider integral to life. They put their whole hearts into their friendships, and it can come as a shock for them to find that their friends aren’t as flawless as they believed them to be, which can make them feel disappointed by what they see and interpret as a lack of substance.
Campaigner/Leos are natural leaders. There’s a specific strength to their loyal and generous personality which often lets them unite different groups of people and lead them as one towards a shared goal, using their healthy sense of humor and warm spirit. They’re always looking for a good time and will make sure to spread positivity in any group they find themselves in. If wounded though the Campaigner/Leo will retreat into it’s cave and plot their revenge. It’s important to get them out of that mood sooner rather than later, otherwise this joyful personality will turn into Scar from the Lion King!
